Refund Policy

Our policy is as follows:
- You may return any unopened or unused dildos within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We cannot accept returns of opened or used dildos due to health and hygiene reasons.
- If the item(s) you received were damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
We take the privacy and safety of our customers very seriously, and we guarantee that all returned items will be thoroughly inspected and disposed of appropriately.
